Total value is $1500 and a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due upon booking. The remaining $1000 will be due the day of training.
- We accept the following payment methods: Major credit card + 3% fee, Apple or Google pay, Cash, CashApp, or Zelle.
- To make payment installments via Afterpay email Kat@EternallyLitSmiles with the chosen class date and we will send you the Afterpay link.
- Classes are held Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 10am-5pm
- Cancellations or reschedules must be done 24 hours prior to the training date; and the deposit will go towards a new date. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made the same day of class. There are NO refunds on deposits or payments made towards courses.
- Disclaimer: It is the trainee's responsibility to check with their state health department to determine if licensing is required in order to offer teeth whitening services.
