A $20 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and will be deducted from the cost of service.
*If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so within 48 hours of the appointment and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
*No Shows and Cancellations made less than 48 hours of appointment will result in loss of deposit.
*Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result as a FAILED APPT and need to be rescheduled. A failed appt will result in loss of deposit.
We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, + Credit/ Debit cards.
- If paying by cash bring exact amount. We don’t always have change available.
- There is a $3 service charge if paying by credit/ debit card.
We also take ELS egift cards or gift certificates. egift cards can be purchased on our website and the recipient will receive it immediately via email. Gift certificates can be purchased at our studio.
Upon arrival you will need to sign the informed consent forms. Our dental hygienist will do a dental evaluation, discuss your teeth whitening goals, and implement the plan that fits your needs.

Teeth are whitened when our premium-grade Hydrogen Peroxide whitening gel is applied on the teeth; and then activated by a Blue LED light for fast, affordable, and Guaranteed Results.
- ELS Teeth Whitening gels can remove years of staining caused by dark foods and drinks, coffee, tea, smoking, medications, aging, bad hygiene, etc.

A dental exam and cleaning is always recommended prior to teeth whitening, but is NOT required.
*ELS provides treatment from a licensed dental professional with extensive dental knowledge and experience. The client's comfort and dental health is always a priority. Each treatment begins with a dental evaluation to make sure the mouth is healthy and suitable for the whitening treatment.
*If you have existing tooth pain, gum disease, pending dental treatment, or recent dental surgery then we advise you get clearance from your dentist prior to scheduling teeth whitening.
The length of the appointment depends on the session chosen plus add an additional 30-45 minutes. For example the Advanced 60-minute Teeth Whitening session consists of a full 60 minutes of whitening plus add an additional 30 minutes for the client forms, exam, treatment + after-care instructions, and a Teeth Healing Minerals treatment to prevent sensitivity. Add an additional 45 minutes to any Couples Teeth Whitening session.
Length of Appointments:
Extreme 90-minute Session = Appx 2 hour appt
Advanced 60-minute Session = Appx 90 min appt
Rapid 30 minute Session = Appx 1 hour appt
Each individual's results will depend on your treatment time, current tooth shade, porosity of enamel, and genetics. Each person has a genetic baseline or stopping point meaning your teeth can only get as white as your genes allow.
The longer the teeth are exposed to the whitening gel will give better results. On average an Advanced 60-minute session can whiten up to 6 shades lighter, An Extreme 90-minute session up to 8 shades whiter, and a Rapid 30-minute session whitens up to 3 shades lighter.
Eternally Lit Smiles takes extra care in making sure our clients have a comfortable experience. We offer a Teeth Healing Minerals Treatment with each whitening session. These natural minerals seal in the whitening results, strengthen the enamel, and prevent sensitivity.
*Most clients have zero sensitivity. Some clients may experience minimal sensitivity, usually due to existing tooth conditions or history of daily sensitivity. Clients that experience tooth sensitivity on a daily basis are advised to start with a Rapid 30-minute session.
*Teeth Healing Mineral Pens are included with an Extreme 90-minute Teeth Whitening session and/or available for purchase for continued after-care at home.
- Do not eat or drink anything except water for the first hour after the treatment.
- Follow the White Diet for 24-48 hours after a whitening treatment. The White Diet means to avoid any food or drinks that would stain a White Cotton Shirt, such as coffee, tea, dark soda and juices, red wine or dark beer, dark sauces, dark meats, etc. After the whitening treatment the pores of your enamel are open and this makes them vulnerable to re-staining. Once the pores close you can resume your normal habits. Eternally Lit Smiles includes a enamel remineralization treatment with each session which seals in the whitening results and shortens the after-care restrictions to 24 hours.
- Avoid extremely hot or cold liquids. Extreme temperature change (hot and cold cycling) causes teeth to expand and contract allowing stains to penetrate your teeth. .
- Avoid foods/ drinks that are acidic. Acidic foods open up the pores of the enamel allowing stains move easier into your teeth. Use a straw when drinking fizzy or dark-colored drinks to help minimize the contact of these substances with your teeth.
- Cut back on drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco. Frequent consumption of alcoholic drinks and heavy smoking can reverse the effects of teeth whitening. Many alcoholic drinks such as wine have tannins that can stain the teeth. The same goes for the nicotine in tobacco.
- Use smudge-proof lipstick. Some kinds of lipstick tend to cling to the teeth, and the pigments by which lipsticks are made can contribute to the discoloration of your teeth.
Your frequency of whitening touch-ups depends on your daily habits and preference. People that consume lots of dark foods and drinks daily, have poor oral hygiene, smoke, or have naturally porous enamel will tend to stain quicker and require a touch-up every 3-6 months. Other people can wait one year or longer.
*Eternally Lit Smiles offers several Touch-up promos for clients that return within 6 months of an Advanced 60-minute or Extreme 90-minute session.
Eternally Lit Smiles recommends having regular dental exams and cleanings to maintain your oral health. If you have existing tooth pain, gum disease, pending dental treatment, or recent dental surgery then we advise you get clearance from your dentist prior to scheduling teeth whitening.
- We advise pregnant women to wait until after pregnancy to have a professional teeth whitening treatment.
- Our products are safe for Ages 16 an older. Parental consent is required for minors.
- Our teeth whitening gels are contraindicated for people with Allergies to Peroxide, Aloe Vera, or Peppermint Oil.
- Clients with enamel conditions such as Fluorosis, Tetracycline staining, or Hypocalcification can whiten but the severity of discoloration determines results. The parts of the enamel affected by these intrinsic stains may not get effective whitening results.
Even though the whitening gel is safe for orthodontic brackets, Invisalign tabs, and Tooth gems, it's recommended to whiten AFTER the appliances have been removed or Before they are placed. The reason is that whitening solutions will only lighten the enamel that is exposed and NOT the part that is covered by the gem or orthodontic bracket. Whitening over these can cause an uneven or two-toned overall color that is noticed after the gem or braces are removed.
Yes, our products are safe for all existing dental work. Keep in mind that existing dental work can only whiten to the original color placed in the mouth at the time of placement.
- It is recommended to whiten prior to having dental restoratives placed so the dentist can match the color with your whitest tooth shade. Once the dental work is placed in the mouth that will be its permanent color.

A tooth gem is a Swarovski crystal gem or Solid 14k Gold charm that is applied to the surface of the tooth using professional dental bonding adhesives. Gems are lead-free, non-invasive, safe for the enamel with proper hygiene, and maintain a long-lasting SHINE!
It takes about 24 hours for the bonding adhesives to reach maximum strength so following these instructions after placement is important for the longevity of the tooth gem:
- Only drink water for the first 2 hours
- Don't touch or play with the gem
- Only eat soft foods for the first 24 hours after the gem placement. Try to avoid sticky, crunchy, or hard foods around the gem to prevent wearing away the adhesives.
- Do not brush around the gem for 12 hours after placement. Only brush with a soft or extra-soft bristled toothbrush. Medium and hard bristles are too abrasive.
- Do not use an electric toothbrush for 48 hours after the gem placement.
*Maintaining good hygiene such as brushing and flossing is very important. Keep the gem free of plaque to prevent the risk of tooth decay.
Tooth gems are applied to the surface of the tooth using professional dental bonding adhesives. The application is a semi-permanent procedure that can last an average of several weeks to months.
Following the after-care instructions can ensure longer lasting results.
If a gem falls off within the first 30 days of application we will replace it for FREE, up to one replacement gem.
Based on the manufacturers guidelines our teeth whitening gels and tooth gems are safe for ages 16 and older with parental consent.
If you are feeling sick in ANYWAY or have had contact with anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 30 days please reschedule your appointment.
- You are NOT required to wear a mask but the clinician will wear a mask.
- For the purpose of social distancing please text us when you park. We will text you when to come up.
PLEASE NOTE: We always use medical-grade disinfectants, single-use disposable gloves + materials, and protective chair coverings for each appointment. Hand-washing is a priority and performed frequently.
