Shipping and Exchange Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Shipping will take approximately 6-10 business days for most orders. Gels are made fresh daily and all orders are processed in 3-5 business days. The processing time does NOT include shipping times.
  • Arrival times may be delayed during the holidays and peak shipping times. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments.
  • Tracking is sent via email for you to follow along with your package. It is the purchasers responsibility to confirm that the address provided is accurate. If a shipment is returned or rejected the purchaser will need to pay shipping costs for redelivery. Reasons orders may be returned are due to incorrect address, failed attempted delivery, unclaimed at post office, etc.


EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges Only, for defective products. 
  • Proof of defective product must be submitted within 30 days of its arrival. Email Kat@EternallyLitSmiles.com for an Exchange approval. Send an email with your Full name, Contact info, Order number, Reason for Exchange, and Proof of defect via Video or Photo. We will review the claim, and upon approval, will provide a replacement. 
  • Upon approval the defected product must be returned in order to receive an exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. 
  • All training courses are FINAL SALE.
